DRiV/Racing4Detroit team looks to repeat success at Mid-Ohio after 4th place finish at Circuit of The Americas

It was a quick trip to Austin, TX, last weekend as the DRiV/Racing4Detroit team took on the ARX2 field during round 7 of the 2019 Americas Rallycross season. The rallycross track at Circuit of The Americas is a tricky little circuit with not a lot of passing room. Alex Keyes ran well in the #4 car all day, winning round 3 of qualifying, and making the Saturday afternoon feature final. The Racing4Detroit team finished just off the podium in 4th place to pick up 21 points in the championship standings.

The DRiV/Racing4Detroit team returns to Mid-Ohio this weekend to finish off the season with another doubleheader. Alex Keyes kicked off the season with a round 1 victory and round 2 third place finish. The team looks to finish the season out strong with a few more podiums before heading back to Lafayette Garage for the off-season.

The team is looking forward to the weekend--the final weekend of racing for the year--and hope to come back home to Detroit with a few more trophies to display at Cars in Corktown next weekend!
